His revenge placed too much emphasis on Se (becoming good looking and ripped as f* ck so Aki would fall in love with him) instead of some complicate schemes (Te). He also is driven by his feeling (love hate resentment etc.) and tend to sympathize with people who got bullied like him so Fi dom rather than Ni dom. Also his inferior Te usually got him outsmarted by Aki or Yoshino. Yeah ISFP also has tertiary Ni for the tunnel vision thing, not only INTJ. Another possibility is ISTP but I don’t see his Ti.
