At first he's presented as excitement-seeking, quite hedonistic, confident and somewhat selfish. It's not due to him being an inherently bad person, however, rather just being unaware of the impact he can have on people and the weight of feelings that he simply brushes off, his main focus having fun. You can see his high Se in this, also since he's motivated by fun experiences and later on stays rather easygoing and playful, we can suspect him being a 7. Later on he develops Fe due to falling in love with Arisa and "wanting to protect her", as he states himself in "Namaiki Honey". It is then that he starts to understand the importance of feelings for this time he experiences "true love, not a game". Still, with Se taking up so much of his reasoning and feelings entering later on, it's most possible for Ken to be an ESTP.
