As Gyutaro exposed, Daki's personality was easily influenced by others. Hence, Daki is supposed to be an extroverted person. For those who are introverted, like Rui, Gyutaro, and Akaza, what they value most is to maintain their inner standard and keep themselves from being impacted by the outside standards. Whereas, the extroverted type, such as Enmu, Gyokko, and Douma, these individuals are supposed to actively adapt themselves to the standards outside, instead of having stable or exact personal standard. Thus, from my personal opinion, Daki was more likely to be an ESFP, rather than an ISFP. Another evidence is Daki's 3rd function Te. According to Beebe, the 3rd function is supposed to be creative but not very stable. Te (i.e., extroverted thinking) is considered as the function related to organize resources in the most effective way (although certainly, this is not Te's definition). In Daki's case, it's not difficult to see that she murdered and took away a lot of persons in a practiced and unnoticeable way, at the beginning. A first impression likes this might be misleading. Yet, then after she was defeated by the main characters and called her brother, you suddenly found that Daki was not as powerful as you priorly thought. If the author wanted to create an ISFP, it might not come in this way. Hence, for the two reasons, I think Daki had higher possibility to be an ESFP.

Daki (Japanese: だき) is one of the primary antagonists in the Entertainment District Arc of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She is a Demon affiliated with the Twelve Kizuki, being the secondary holder of the position of Upper Rank Six, a position she shares with the primary holder, her older brother, Gyutaro.
