What primarily shapes my opinion is the question of Fe. After reading the chapters again, it's really difficult to see him as someone with inferior Fe. The guy is a quintessential charmer, easily able to manipulate emotions and deceive his victims by winning them over. He oozes tertiary Fe, using the typical EXTP roguish charm to mask his true self from the public. There are a few other points as well which make me see him more as an ENTP. Whether its his manic reaction to how "fun" Nen is, the constant thirst for knowledge, his braggadocios self-identity as "a man of culture" or his metaphorical sense of humor (referring to his gruesome murders as 'art' and himself as an 'artist'), he seems to have all the usual hallmarks. His primary research interest is to put "youth in extreme situations" to see what can be created from it, which seems like Ne-based relentless curiosity. The guy literally has a 'throne' made from human remains as a metaphor for his position as a future king. I do get the INTP votes though and certainly think its a valid opinion, since 5 wing ENTPs are almost always considered to be INTPs.

He is also the former benefactor of the Heil-Ly Family, one of the three great Mafia families in Kakin's underworld.
