Hmm, I think FiSe makes more sense then FiNe. I think it’s more accurate to type Russel off of his behavior pre-drugs. Even if his mental state is quite.. destroyed. Looking at each of the murders, they all seem to be very impulsive. Now, this isn’t exactly enough to justify Se > Ne. But his thought process doesn’t take possibilities into account, and there’s a bit more. Paperglue does a good job at explaining this. Using Gardenia’s murder as an example, his thought process is like this: “today is my birthday, my parents aren’t celebrating it. Today is also Gardenia’s birthday, shes getting celebrated. She’s blessed, I’m not. And she also happens to be by the stairs.” It’s extremely in the moment and based on the current environment Russel is in.
