I originally mistyped him as an ESTP because I wasn't thinking about who he really was off ice. I realized during an interview that he mostly described things using some combination Ne, Si, and Te, and that changed all of my thoughts about his type. So yeah, I'm thinking, TeSiNeFi. It's Brady who's the ESTP. Matthew is definitely the less sociable Tkachuk and if you see Brady and Matthew together in interviews, Matthew pretty much always lets Brady answer. I think it's because he values family harmony. He's obviously a big personality on ice, but off of it, he's quieter and very well-spoken. Surprisingly, he also says he's not really a chirper and I believe him-- he does his talking with his physicality. He's very deliberate and he isn't interested in making enemies off-ice... at least, not on a personal level. Like, he can separate on-ice/off-ice behavior in his mind. He's not really affected by external criticism, but it seems like if it came from his family, it would mean more. I've noticed that he has a lot of insight when he talks about hockey. He very clearly loves to play hockey, but he seems to really enjoy talking about and analyzing it, too.
