背景
The series’ original protagonist, Demitri is the master of one of the seven noble families of Makai. One day he challenged Belial Aensland, Morrigan's father, one of the three high nobles, and the ruler of Makai, for the throne. The end result: he was defeated so badly that both he and his castle Zeltzereich were ripped through reality into the human world. For the next 100 years he was quietly restoring his lost powers all while drinking the blood of unlucky treasure hunters who dared to enter his castle. All of them became his servants. When he restored most of his powers, Pyron dropped in to conquer Earth, and Demitri used this opportunity to defeat him and absorb Pyron's power, returning to full strength. When he felt that he was ready, he returned to Makai, only to find that Belial had died, and the result was a very serious power struggle. Before he could take advantage of it, he and his castle were sucked into the Majigen, the pocket dimension created by Jedah Dohma.
