Even her mom vibe with a very strong Fe, which makes her stay further away from logic a bit and listen to her feelings more when making decisions shouts out that she's an ESFJ (spoiler alert:) an example for this is her telling the secret about Reginald Hargreeves' to Diego because she values Diego's feelings more than keeping her promise to Pogo. Why? Do ESFJs not know how to keep secrets? That's definitely not the case. The reason is that she thinks Diego will feel better after knowing about the secret compared to how he would feel if she didn't tell it, so she is a person who deeply cares about Diego and who has determined her main sense of value according to how people around her would get affected. If this is not Fe dominant, I don't know what it is.)
