Why do you think he has Ti? All this guy does is make illogical, stupid decisions, get tricked by his (far more intelligent than him) pet, and scream at everyone expecting their obedience. Pretty Te+Se to me. My next guess would be ESTP, but he shows more Ni than that and also really lack the tert Fe (or any Fe for the matter).
