I think the Scrapyard Wars series reveals a bit more of his personality than the other videos, cause we get to see more of how he approaches problems and I really doubt they scripted all the interactions with random people. Before seeing that, I wasn't sure between ENTJ and ENTP, but now I'm fairly confident he's an ENTP. He's a force of chaos, a good improviser, not that great at planning or time management. He just wings it, often overlooking details. I think an ENTJ would be much more structured in their approach. He's also quick-witted with his comments and jokes in a way that's characteristic for nerdy ENTPs, where his humour is kinda dry, but he delivers it with enough confidence, self-awareness and enthusiasm that it doesn't exactly feel forced. He likes messing with people for fun, which is also typical for ExTPs. I have considered the possibility that he's an ENTJ just playing an ENTP character in his videos for the sake of his brand, but Linus seems just about sincere enough with his personality (though it does also depend on the video) that I can buy that that's really him.
