his hatred for people is actually more of a five thing, his whole character is very avarice personified, hence, isolation mechanism defense would capture better his character. johnny is very protective of his own independence and hoards his external resources because he hates the world and overall people drains him. this is where his hatred for society comes from, he cuts ties off from his own emotions in order to fill his emptiness by absorbing information and analizing them to bring himself a proper stability. while he is highly observant and attains to own personal concepts, he doesnt really understand ordinary knowledge in society standards. things like love or happiness for instance are just slim concepts which makes him believe people live in a very selfish environment, that's why drives him to kill them. he despises how egocentric they are. after all, he has more acknowledgement and better understanding of how things are in his perspective. 4 is very understandable though. he doesn't really appear to be much of a image type but it would definitely be his fix from the heart triad. thing is he doesn't really wallow in his emotions and opt for a dramatic attitude to embrace his melancholy. he is just a very unhealthy five.
