Yon-Rogg is fiercely loyal to the Kree Empire and the Supreme Intelligence, he never questions the empire's intentions nor the morality of hunting down Skrull refugees who were attempting to escape the Empire's oppressive rule. He also did not hesitate to murder Mar-Vell upon finding out that she was helping the Skrulls.
