I really don't think it makes sense to have his Ne be inferior; he's all about adventuring and jumping into unfamiliar circumstances. Also, the guy is a total extravert. He only pushes his family away and lounges around at home because of a past loss that he doesn't want to experience again, not because that's how he usually likes to live. Scrooge languishes in staying at home and following a routine, making him clearly not an ISTJ. Plus, having his Fi be inferior would make a lot of sense because we see that he often makes impulsive, insensitive, sometimes immoral decisions without considering how other people would be affected. He's certainly not a people-pleaser, but he isn't always very in touch with his morals, either.

Scrooge McDuck is one of the nine protagonists of DuckTales 2017. He is the son of Fergus and Downy McDuck, the older brother of Matilda and Hortense McDuck, the brother-in-law of Quackmore Duck, the maternal uncle of Donald and Della Duck, the maternal granduncle of Huey, Dewey, and Louie Duck, and the genetic template and biological father of Webby Vanderquack, May, and June.
