背景
Dubbed "Geek Boy" by Panty and Stocking, Brief is a rather timid youth that the girls meet during a mission at a high school. His hobby of researching paranormal activity sometimes leads the girls to the ghost of the episode. Helps out the two whenever he can (sometimes unwillingly).
