Just because he is creative, doesn't mean he automatically has Ne. Rusty Cage is more focused on mastery of his instruments. He's very focused on Se, such as his love of alcohol. He also takes too much risk for tert Si, like stealing a slushy machine (granted, he was a kid, but I doubt most INTPs or INFPs would take such a risk for only a sensory benefit). Think of Miyamoto Musashi, he was one of the greatest swordsmen who ever lived, and he was an ISTP that created the jitsu of wielding one sword per hand at once. Later on his life, he painted, and wrote several books. He did all that with blindspot Ne, and Rusty performs similar feats by mastering music, video making, and comic book writing. Also clearly not INTP he has a girlfriend /s
