I think Merlin is one of the healthiest examples of INTJs in the "fictional" field. Very well-tempered and balanced, with a great sense of justice, she seems to value knowledge and improvement very much. Quietly fierce, always politely stands her ground... At one point in third season she says something like "Fear comes from ignorance", and that is the sentence that made me confirm that she's 100% INTJ. Finally an INTJ character with original features instead of the same old chess-player mastermind who wants to take over the world while blatantly rejecting humanity.
