Come on, he’s far from a Te dom. His entire cooking process is Ne-Ti and he comes up with the most unconventional methods of preparing food, always adding his own twists no matter how odd the procedure may be. How many times have you heard him say things the likes of “most people would do it this way but I prefer…”. Also he’s the type of guy to argue away with comments that insult his cooking style by posting 14 paragraphs about why they’re wrong by using logic to explain how things work and his reasoning behind various cooking choices.
