I understand how Keith can be confused for an ENFP, but I think that if you compare him to Zach you can see that Keith is actually a very straightforward example of a Se dominant, specifically an ESFP. Take for instance the video where he goes around trying several pizza places in New York. Zach and Keith have a brief discussion on why this idea concept is either good or bad for a video. Zach mentions that Keith found pricey, bad-quality pizza because he did not bother to look up reviews online to know which places were good enough to try. To me, that seems to be Ne-Si thinking at its core. It's taking into account all the possibilities, which include probable bad options when you just go trying everything that you see in near proximity with no consideration of the idea that you may find something that is simply not good (Ne), plus trusting the reliable experience of people who have tried a place and liked it, or who went to a place and hated it (Si). Meanwhile, Keith defends the video idea and the whole premise of trying pizza from all the places he sees by saying that if a tourist goes to New York they are going to eat something from a nearby place and that they will base their decision of trying a place on what they have available to their reach, which is peak Se when it comes to valuing reality and interacting with the world via your senses. He doesn't seem to trust Zach's abstract approach to possibilities, he rather values the here and now instead of probability. That, along with his method of trying EVERY pizza place that he could find, which in my opinion is a demonstration of inferior* Ni tunnel vision, is why he is ESFP over ENFP from my perspective. *Edited because a previous version of the comment mentioned tertiary Ni when ESFP's have inferior Ni.
