A very clear moment of ISTP Yosano using Ti/Se/Ni was when she and Ranpo were trapped in Poe's mystery novel, and Yosano decides to use herself as bait without informing Ranpo. She uses Ti first to think of the most logically sound way (NOT the most productive way, as we see when her plan utterly fails) to draw out the murderer. Her plan is tainted from top to bottom with uncomplicated, physical Se; once the murderer attacks her, she simply intends to fight him. She does use Ni to predict that she would be attacked if alone, but given that this was not by any means a watertight plan and given that she didn't even have a backup plan, it's doubtful that she uses Ni extremely well. Which makes sense, since Ni is ISTP's tertiary function. If there's one character I'd compare her to, it's Levi Ackerman. Both are extremely aware of their surroundings and skilled in physical combat, both are independent and logical almost to a fault, and while both are usually aloof and don't show emotion very often, their most important decisions and actions stem from a deep-rooted love for humanity and a hatred for those who disregard it.
