He is definetely not an 8. To me he is a 5, which in growth becomes more passionate, confident and action oriented like 8. But his core is clearly 5. I don't see 6, neither 4 and 1. 3 could be as they are success driven. But 3's reasons come from personal vanity, and it doesn't seem to be his case. Brain seeks to rule the world for his own intellectual reasons. Also his snarky deprecating comments towards Pinky are super 5 like, who can become arrogant, believe they are surrounded by idiots, etc. INTJ is a no-brainer. In some unhealthy states they can downplay anyone who is not as smart as them and become callous.
