This guy is a true genius and a quintessential ENTJ. He created the world of wrestling as we know it. When he was still young in his career he came up with the idea of wrestlemania. He risked all his resources for this idea and it paid off. Even to this day he has kept up with changing times, one of the first to ditch PPV for his own streaming platform. He has created a machine now whose main flaw is that it is perhaps too much of a machine with little room for improvisation. He needs an xNTP working alongside him to fix that(might be a good idea to involve Paul Heyman). Vince Russo describes what made him quit WWE. He said when Vince suddenly expected him to work on two shows a week, he(Russo) went to him and complained that he didn’t get to spend time with kids. McMahon responded by saying that he didn’t understand the problem, that he paid him enough to hire a nanny.
