The Conductor was a main villain in Apocalypse Suite who pursued Vanya Hargreeves in the hopes of recruiting her to his orchestra. The Conductor had found the truth about Vanya's powers by stealing Sir Reginald’s notes after his death. He puts her body under extreme duress to awaken her full potential. When Vanya wakes, she demonstrates her new found powers and kills him. Vanya takes over his orchestra to bring on the apocalypse.
