I've recently rewatched this series and Clark is a clear case study of Enneagram 6. His entire story revolves around facing his fears and overcoming them. It's a story of his need for acceptance, pitted against his inhibitions. He's got that classic 6 so warmth with a solid case of the sp worrying. He's so clearly sx blind. I can't see 2 in him at all. Sure, he's kind and a giver, highly focused on love, but consistently and frequently, Clark lets opportunities for love slip because he's scared to make the move - where a 2 not only would never let them slip, but a 2 would manufacture those opportunities. Further, Lana isn't a 2 either, but I'll explain that on her profile. She's a clear 9 and Clana is a classic 6 and 9 relationship, which is why it hits so well. The dynamic is as common as it is timeless. Their 6+9 dynamic cements Clark as a 6 so/sp. As for ISFJ, I don't think anyone can deny that Clark is a great example. He's extremely alert to sensory details, has an amazing memory for them, and is a clear perceiver. His Fe is obvious and strong, but it's not running the show with him. Finally, Clark's use of Ti is stronger than his Ne. He's better at figuring out how things work than he is at being creative. Ne is usually the last thing that happens in Clark's realizations.

In the show's early seasons, Clark spent most of his time fighting meteor freaks, hopelessly pining for Lana Lang, wishing he were normal and befriending his future Arch-Enemy, Lex Luthor.
