I feel like he changes throughout the films. Going by mainstream definitions of the functions... The Evil Dead: ISFJ - Just wants to have a nice peaceful time with his friends. Although he eventually rises to occasion, he's initially completely unprepared to deal with what happens. Evil Dead II: ISTP - Much more attuned to the physical world, more willing to take action and do what needs to be done. That being said, he gives me a feeling, at least in the beginning, of being primarily focused on understanding what's going on, thus dom Ti. Army of Darkness: ESTP - Insanely strong Se usage. Doesn't really care that much about how or why this is happening anymore, he just wants to get back home and maybe have some fun along the way.
