Yes! His childhood is an amazing example of having a Ti-Fe combination. The thinking function is focused on what SHOULD happen and the feeling function is on what is WANTED to happen: it is not linked to emotion or analytical thinking in any way. When Zeke overheard what the Marleyan authorities were saying (when they find the eldian restorationists, they would send them off to paradis) he was begging his parents to stop because he thought it would be best that their family and him wouldn't be turned into pure titans. He stuck to his own reasoning despite his parents lashing out (Ti) but he just wanted what was best for his family (Fe) despite them being obstinate in refusal. When he was told to betray his parents, he didn't refuse, because he knew it was what would prevent him from turning into a pure titan and to gain the trust of Marley. An Fi user or a high feeling user in general would most likely refuse because they wouldn't want their parents to go to paradis, Zeke took into consideration (so did Ksaver) that he would have been turned in too. He wanted the best possible solution without being blinded by selfish desire.
