I think her Fi comes before her Te and she's very likely Ti blind. If she were an ISTJ she wouldn't have such horrible Ti. Laxmi constantly blames Carol for her outburst making the hive mind collapse, but Laxmi refuses to address the roots of the problem which is this virus that makes everyone codependent and makes everyone super fragile. And a Si dom would not get used to this new world so quickly, almost immediately accepting it like she did (just look at Manousos). Instead of addressing the real source of her problems, Laxmi finds a punching bag like Carol to vent. Laxmi also uses a lot of Te but not more than her Fi. She always feels an emotion first (anger, fear, sadness), and then uses Te as a self-defense mecanism, like screaming at Carol "don't do this don't do that!"
