Definitely Te over Si. She takes more action than her husband, is much more bossy and much more direct. Also her Fi is nowhere to be found, I have a really hard time believing she could have tertiary Fi. Also, need I say, ExTJs are extroverts that can appear introverted at times, since they are much less talkative than most other extroverts. Especially in a world of tradition, where "everything must go according to plan", such as the one where she exists, it would be rather easy to mistake her for an introvert.
