It's been a while since I read the book so I might get it wrong, but I think there's more Ti than Se in Phoebe. I mean, she's just so Fe-Ti in the way she beat Holden over the head with logic while still supporting him because she knew that he needed that. She seems to view the world more matter-of-factly than Fi-dom Holden. She doesn't view logic as cold or become unwilling to use it for the sake of keeping the peace like a Fe dom would be. Instead, she's kindhearted and even vaguely nurturing to Holden while still getting mad at him for his simplified view of the world and refusal to grow up in it.
