The whole concept of Facebook is built on Mark's twisted Fe analysis of the social world around him. He can't partake in it naturally, so he builds a virtual world where he is the literal god. It took me a while to switch from INTJ to INTP. The stereotypes lead me to think "the desire to win and prove everyone wrong" is Te. But Te is not concerned with proving everyone wrong or obsessing over people "liking" what they build. The way he says "we have to expand" after Erica destroys him at the restaurant was highly inferior Fe. Te-users desire to gain control over their environment to make sure everything runs the way they deem fit. Mark never wanted to organize or lead people or run Facebook in the best way possible. He simply wanted to build a product that people (including Erica) would LOVE, which in turn would give him the social validation he so desperately needs.
