Where the s**t are people seeing the Ti? All of Rigby's decisions are based entirely off of his values and unhealthy actualization of the self, most of the emotionally detached reasoning that he uses is based are towards objective means and organizational methods. Not an internalized system of reasoning. He's very much focused on his own values and has a tendency to disregard the social opinions of others in favour of what his authenticity deems worth while, not "what works" within his framework of reasoning. If he were an Fe user he would work within the social system to achieve his desired results and settle disputes, but instead he uses twisted version of Fi-Te to force the results that he wants in a utilitarian fashion. He's not just an impulsive Se-dom, he's a very unhealthy Fi-Te user. He's obviously not the brains of the duo but his Te is more obvious than Mordecai's.
