I’m playing RE3 (remake) at the moment and I can’t really say much about Jill from the other games, since I haven’t played them in a long time, but it seems she is in the Te/Fi axis. Jill holds her values and shows it a lot during the game, but she’s always preoccupied with efficiency and getting things done. For example, she doesn’t want to be associated with Umbrella in any kind of way, even by helping other people. Yet, she has her morals, Jill wants to help those who are stuck in the subway. She understands that the only way to get the job done (and to survive) is working with UBCS (Te), so Jill says she’s on the "survivors' side" (Fi) to help them evacuate the city. It seems she holds her values with a strong importance, but still she’s able to get things done without compromising them. On the original RE3, she only agrees to cooperate with UBCS because she understands they are not directly related to Umbrella. I think a Ti/Fe would not care much about individualistic and personal aspects to do their things, especially a Ti dom (they would probably do what makes more sense, not taking into account their inner values). I can see Si/Ne on her too. Jill seems to apply her particular knowledges to perceived possibilities (Si-Ne), relying mostly on practical ideas and solutions, judging things by its external structure of data (SiTe), rather than judging things as they are concretely perceived to make sense into her own logic (TiSe). Plus, she is not investigating things to make sense out of the situation, she is doing it to do something about it, to do the right thing, her whole discourse on the beginning of RE3 (original) shows that. I think ISTJ is a good fit for her, because she seems more Te/Fi and I can see Si/Ne. If anyone can explain why Ti/Fe (and Se/Ni too) though, I’m curious because she always seems very guided by her values.

Jill Valentine (ジル・バレンタイン Jiru Barentain) is an American Special Operations Agent (SOA) of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance, of which she is a co-founder and an original member. She is a respected high-ranking operator, owing to her commitment to eradicating bioterrorism and her survival amid the Biohazardous outbreaks in Arklay County in 1998.
