I've always seen Kuroo as a good example of what a healthy 8 can look like (keeping in mind that an 8 integrates into 2 and I think that can be very applicable here). He seems so much more focused on really pushing him team to be as good as he knows they can be, and that's something a good 8 is excellent at. This is also why i think he can be mistyped as ENTJ, because at first glance it looks like Te/Ni. While he has traits of a 7 (a reflection of his Ne imo) it just makes more sense that he would be an 8 considering how he pushes and leads his team and peers to grow more. From the way he convinces Kenma to stay on the team because his analytical skills are too valuable to give up (going as far to say he CAN'T quit) to the way he pushes Tsukkishima to practice with them and by calling him out and even eventually pushing him too far. He's a natural instigator type but he doesn't have a malice agenda or anything doing this, it's just in his nature to see how people are and to push them. (unless he's doing something like catfishing for his own entertainment but regardless) It also makes sense for this type of personality to be the captain of his team and to grow up to be as successful in business as he gets. I don't really see him having an overwhelming 7 like personality, and when he does it feels a lot more like playful Ne or him just letting loose a bit.
