every time someone vibe-types a sweet male character as ISFJ impartially i cry a little from what i've seen, the consensus is that Hagrid is an Fe user because... he's kind..???? 😭 i will never understand what some of you have against Fi. an Fi user CAN be kind and selfless because it's their subjective values that dictate that. so if an Fi user believes that kindness and looking out for others aligns with their values... will they NOT be kind and protective??? the hallmark difference between Fi and Fe is inertia. while Fe tends to be more dynamic when it comes to others' values, Fi is relatively static and only adheres to what the self deems ethical. Hagrid is a very good example of an Fi dom: his values remain unchanged throughout the books and he places his values above all else, sometimes breaking rules in the process like let's just take a breather from the """selfish""" stereotype and acknowledge that ALLLLLL cognitive functions can be used for better or worse, Fi users can be selfish or selfless, that is their choice to make.
