Big Smoke initially coerced Sweet into the drug game because GSF were falling behind rival gangs like the Ballas because of it (Fe-Ni) but then betrayed GSF (more specifically Sweet) because of Sweet's refusal. He planned to get rid of Sweet and run GSF not for his own motives, but for what he believe would be better for GSF (Fe). The lack of Fi is obvious here since Big Smoke was willing to break GSF's "no drugs" rule in order to benefit the whole gang. He picked the Johnson brothers up after bailing out on them in Reuniting The Families because he anticipated them getting out alive and Sweet would definitely get rid of Smoke if that happened (Ni). Big Smoke's tertiary Se was shown by him often changing the topic whenever CJ brought his late mother up. Before the famous mission Drive Thru, Sweet was about to pop him but he changed the subject yet again by saying he was hungry out of nowhere. He manipulated CJ into performing tasks and possibly tried to get rid of CJ by setting him up against the Russian mafia. Once Smoke's plans succeeded, he built a positive image by opening an orphanage to hide his true intents. He is both a manipulator (Fe) and a mastermind (Ni). He is such a great villain alongside Tenpenny, another very memorable villain in whole of gaming.

Melvin Harris, also known as Big Smoke, is a leading member of the Grove Street Families who lives in Idlewood. He welcomes Carl's return to the gang and assists Carl in helping the Grove Street Families return to dominance.
