Dude watches ppl suffer and is unphased. This points to low, inferior Fe. High Fi an Fe would do something about the suffering. High Te would not care and would spend their time more productively than gawking at hoomins. This points to Ti not Te use. He's obviously an insert for the CDPR creators, reminiscent of George RR Martin and Stephen King which enjoy putting character though hell, as a thought experiment. Both authors are typed as INTP and are some of the most celebrated visually adapted creators. While I much prefer INTJ Asimov's work/ideas and I find INFP Tolkien and Miyazaki's creations much more emotionally fulfilling I must admit INTPs with their Ne and inf Fe with dom Ti really feed my morbid curiosity and get my Te-Fi hooked. It's not even funny at this point, their content won't let me look away, I must see how this ordeal goes. And like an idiot I'm always surprised Picachu face I didn't get a nice INFP happy hopeful ending. Beware INTP authors their lil Fe can be very VERY messed up and they couldn't care less about Si, in fact they use what little Si they have to flip everything possible on its head.
