I'm sorry but I just don't see Ni-Se for him. I thought he was obviously a social dominant? That whole monologue about him wanting to pull introverted/outcasted people into his/their group and later saying it's basically a projection of his needs to belong to group(s) and then realizing not everyone might not have that same need (Fe and E2). He also starts fantasizing about multiple weird/funny and unrealistic (and doom)scenarios (Ne) instead of what is likely going to happen. So, he just branches out and lets his mind go crazy.
