Auxiliary Fe? Not really. ▶️Dominant Ti instead of Ni: The way he recognized the pattern of the 7 sins wasn’t abstracting and intuition, but Ti reasoning. 1. He uses his own framework about how people don’t spend that much time with a murder unless the act is it’s own meaning 2. Through technical evidence (the plastics from the floor) he spots that the fridge was moved and discovers the “gluttony” writing. 3. After seeing the second writing he just simply makes a logical conclusion. —> that’s a Ti process - Also, he picks John Doe’s philosophy apart and looks for contradictions which he also explained. That’s because his Ti is looking for flaws in logical coherency and finds them. - That might not be a 1000% solid argument, but the way he phrases what he has to say is very elegant and precise in itself. A really mature Ti dom can come across like that, since that function is all about structures and precision with logic. And since words are a form of thought and the language is a system, it has influence on speech. ▶️He doesn’t have auxiliary Fe: He generally doesn’t care about being polite. He’s quick to shut people down/ignore them; look at his first meeting with Mills. He even admits he’s pretty disagreeable. The only time he’s tactful is when he gives advice to Tracy, but still he rather reminds her of facts and logic about bringing a child to the Earth, instead of telling her what would make her feel better. Inferior Fe it is. ▶️I’m not sure about his other functions. I don’t see Ne nor Se, but he has a little bit of Si. His advice to Tracy was based on sorted past experiences (Ti Si) and he’s often reluctant to trust what he didn’t get familiar with yet. With that being said, INTP is the most probable option.
