They don't pay attention to the needs of others. ESFPs when they are unhealthy can become reckless, and will only focus on living in the present moment. They lack an awareness of their actions, and will simply do whatever feels good at that moment. An unhealthy ESFP wants other people to cater to their needs and wants. They often might refuse to be alone even though they’re emotionally unstable and volatile. They ignore social norms and cues because they stopped caring (i.e., are ignoring their Fi). They may exaggerate or tell lies to avoid dealing with reality.
