His Ti is more noticeable than you may think, he uses Ti the same way Patrick Star does in that he only does what makes sense to him, even if it makes zero sense to those around him. It also doesn't really help that Crash hardly ever speaks besides his occasional babbling. So contrary to the misconception, Crash is by no means stupid, he mainly goes about logic in his own way without saying a word. A silent Ti if you will.
