“Welcome to the CIA.” Alan Hunley (c. 1959 - 2017) was a major character in the 2015 film Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and a supporting character in the 2018 film, Mission: Impossible – Fallout. The former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, he had an adversarial relationship with the Impossible Mission Force which he had shut down before. However, he nevertheless becomes the new IMF's new secretary after the first defeat of a shadow criminal organization called the Syndicate.
