I get the ESTJ votes but I don't see any plausible excuse for her Si. the only argument that I've seen about her supposed Ne is about her video subjects, when really, I see a lot of TeNiSe in them. I don’t remember which user said this here (sorry), but they said something that really makes sense: her videos are not just “oh, let’s do this think today for fun!” no, they take a lot of time, long term planning and even sometimes traveling — it's not that easy and it doesn’t explore what she has in hands in the moment that she can use to develop, as Ne users and specially doms would, like matpat, an ENTP for example. I think most of people have the “scientist” or “creative” stereotype for Ne users when Ni can be just as creative, but the process is totally different.
