He is a member of the boy group SUPER JUNIOR and its sub-units SUPER JUNIOR-K.R.Y. and SUPER JUNIOR-Happy, and a member of the project ballad group S.M. THE BALLAD. He made his solo debut on April 19, 2016, with the extended play "Here I Am".
