Se dom is quite obvious. Quinn was in the zone when he joined B613. She loved torturing people, which was why she wanted to work side by side with Huck in the beginning. Fi exists as she even says, "I want my QPA to be about Justice." Quinn constantly judges off of her internal values, which makes her not see some of the tactical reasoning behind Huck and Olivia's decision-making until she takes some time. When the gloves come off, she does use Te to make her decision in times of strategic need. Low Ni makes Quinn not able to see the full picture of things, not seeing Olivia's desire to protect the republic. However, this slightly developed when Quinn was trying to piece why Olivia helped her in the trial. She did eventually put the pieces together, but not til much later.
