Are the INFJ votes just because she's mysterious and composed? To me she's pretty obviously ISFP. Her motivation for helping Sakura is that she identifies with her and sees herself in her. Her extreme sensitivity when her insecurities about her identity are prodded at is a pretty strong giveaway of her dominant Fi too. She does not use Fe in any form either, and is closed off or confrontational by default. When she acts even remotely diplomatic she's either doing it to please Sakura, an actual Fe user, or because she has no other choice. I don't see Se inferior. She's physically impulsive and quick to initiate confrontation, even outside of battle. Doesn't seem at all like an inferior function or one she's uncomfortable with. Her tertiary Ni guides her singleminded focus on protecting Sakura, but it's definitely not dominant. Her Se-Ni middle axis gives her an aura of self-possession that makes her come off as very "cool", something I find is common in more mature ISFPs. Her intuitions are pretty short term and led by Se, dominant Ni is a lot grander and more all encompassing of the personality. Compare her to Caster (Medea), an actual INFJ from the same series, and the difference is pretty clear. Outside of the series greater conflict (in ataraxia or slice of life moments) Rider seems to live like an ISFP too, content to enjoy private and solitary activities that fulfill her Fi while taking life on a day to day basis and not being too concerned with the future. Her private and reflective personality is more indicative of how deeply emotionally sensitive she is than of a highly intuitive ego.

背景

Rider is a tall, dark, silent and gorgeous Servant controlled by Shinji Matou. Rider is always seen with a blindfold and very long hair. Unlike Shinji, she is a little amiable; in fact, she dislikes him and considers him to be a coward. She wields a very long chain in battle with spikes on the ends. These chains make sounds like slithering snakes. However, because Shinji is not a magus, he greatly holds back her true potential, making her one of the weakest Servants. Because she is so quiet and her Master is so difficult to deal with, she remains quite mysterious until the third route when she begins receiving more focus, which is also where her true identity, the Gorgon Medusa, is revealed.
