she definitely uses ti-ne over ni-te imo. she's a lot more focused on theorizing possibilities and outcomes as well as systemically thinking about how thinks work as opposed to being focused on concrete visions or goals and relying on intuition. she directly criticizes relying on one's intuition or "gut feeling," and while te users also utilize hard evidence, phi seems to be more concerned with consistency than efficiency (ti vs te). as stated in previous comments, her morality is largely collectivist based (fe) over internal values (fi). she definitely comes off as an INTJ initially (at least, she did to me) but it's pretty clear by the end of the game that she's an INTP.
