I do not see ESFJ for this guy at all. Reyn is as straight forward as it gets, he's Shulk's muscle head bro. Just because he is always worried about Shulk and wants to protect him doesn't really make him an ESFJ imo. That just makes him a good friend. Reyn is higly in tune with his environment and likes to hit things, a straight forward ESFP in my opinion. He is honestly probably one of the easiest characters in this franchise to type given how he's written to be so simple.
