背景
Top Dollar (Portrayed by Michael Wincott) is a criminal that T-Bird's gang works for, as well as the main antagonist. His criminal empire consists of drugs, serial arson and an anarchist view on Devil’s Night. He also has an incestuous sexual relationship with his half-sister Myca.
