GTA characters aren't realistic at all, but that doesn't mean people should vote ESTP because they heard of Fi being selfish. Fi is individualistic, loyal to old friends (Stretch) and self-absorbed, not bad things per se. Being original and scattered (7w8) doesn't make him a Ne dom, he cares too much about his physical appearance, likes very vibrant jobs and would do anything for his friends (Se-Fi). In the famous roast scene, he becomes confrontational, that's his tertiary Te. Also, compare him to Stretch (ESTP), who is more manipulative, or Trevor.
