i think she actually has Fe dom, tsunoda knows how to read people's emotions/atmosphere and always knows how to involve herself into her exterior environment as she uses that aknowledge to persuade people for her own purposes. A very good example of this is when she constantly compliments her boss ONLY for him to like her and being well treated, she also helps retsuko at being attractive to people through social media and inviting her to many events. I don't think a Se-Fi would be centered to their exterior in the way that Fe-Si does bc Se is focused in perceiving the exterior outwardly living the moment, Fe is focused in people's atmosphere. Even though Fe and Se are extraverted functions both works for different purposes. also her Fe-Si is pretty well shown in season 4 when tsunoda tries to help haida to get close towards retsuko lol
