Akita is a perfect example of an unhealthy INFP going through a Fi-Si loop. This is why she comes off as Si dom and why we can’t see her Ne at first. The signs are all there. She discounts others’ experiences because they are so different from her own, becomes hyper-critical of past mistakes, reverting mostly to her inner morals and applying them to things that occurred in the past. She becomes so nostalgic for these moments that she glorifies her abusive father and their relationship. During a Fi-Si loop, INFPs don’t have the balancing power of Ne to inform their perspective, so we don’t see it. And in moments of greater stress we also see her in Grip (Te) becoming harshly critical of others’ perspectives and overly-focused on efficiency and maintaining control of the outer environment.
